Severity. Panic attacks are considered more serious than anxiety attacks. You may not know you’re anxious or feel good and boom! Panic attacks can be unpredictable and debilitating, you should see your family doctor and ask questions about drugs if they are serious. Some people have seizures in their twenties, and then “grow” or less as they age. It is best to see your doc and request information.
