What is the best way to Relieve / reduce stress?

Question: I am only 23, intended Currently experiencing a lot of stress in my life. Are There Any vitamins / pills or Other Things That Can help me to relax and not to Become Stressed and Easily Irritated so all the time?

    Take a dose of meditation. Not formal, instructed meditation, just find a quiet spot, get comfortable, and listen to your mind with out Any effort or reaction.

    Actually, the best thing IS to find a hobby you really enjoy That, and do it When you feel stressed. That I’ve found a quick boxing session with a friend or a Good run help me out. Physical Activity Is One of the best Ways to Reduce Stress. Try Something Like Pilates or kickboxing, or event just playing basketball.

    try not to take pills. east well,. fruit and vitamins. listen to classical music. do light excercise. masturbate.
