To explain fully would take pages. . but the short version. In a panic attack your body is itself the creation run away as fast as he can, or to fight to the death. Your body believes it is under attack and the adrenaline and all that stuff is ready for immediate action. Among the conditions are created, is the feeling of being detached. Because you need to put in all the distractions and be able to focus 100% on the “danger”. So, your mind will take you to the place of an animal of prey. Therefore an animal in a trap will have a glazed over look. . In this same area of reality that was suspended in order to be able to fight with little pain and all its power to depart. I survived six years of panic attacks and pulled out a person much healthier and stronger, to take hope. And I’ve never had to do therapy or take drugs to get well, then brace yourself.
