I do not have time to tell you all about this that I wish, but PLEASE check the anxiety and depression Fighting Program by Midwest Center. You can get a new one on ebay for about half what it cost you to order directly from the company. This program changed my life!
Hey, I am regularly for 16 years and decided to write a blog about all this “without” having to buy something. My link is: http://joyful-options. blogspot. com / For the hyperventilation, I suggest (in my blog link as) you (if out), go to the bathroom (where it is quiet) and cover the nose and mouth with your hands, inhale and exhale, that regulates the on – oxygenation process that you created and helps to calm this down. We tend to take too much oxygen when they get nervous, it also creates the chest pain because we also suddenly a lot of air when we do that, which causes an accumulation of wind! I hope that helps! Love Joy:) xoxFed-up with expert advice, I found a way that worked for me, there should be something for you too!
