How can you get more attacks of panic and fear?

Question: I have a friend who keeps having panic attacks, and is constantly afraid of crowds, new people and the like. I am very worried about her, and I want to know what I can do to help and advice I can give him to help overcome the attacks and fear. I want my friend back and healthy again. What can I do?

    I suffer from panic attacks and the best thing is to free your mind and count to ten. . . then take deep breaths. . . 5 seconds through your nose and mouth for 10 seconds. . . I wish you good luck friend
