How can you cope with a panic attack and there is nothing you can do beside taking medication?
Question: I do not know exactly what it is, but reading and research, I think that’s what you called a panic attack and it happened quite often lately. Sometimes I just sat and thought of something and that everything he had, I started to panic and my body started to get hot and sweaty. Strange and very scary. It is as if everything I thought, trying to take control of my body and my mind. Like the other day I was in the dentist’s office, after receiving the blow, my body began to tremble and I panic. I felt like I was dying. I had to go to the bathroom and I calmed down. Or even something as simple as thinking of my division and can not see my girlfriend more. . . wow. thats crazy. . I just signed on finding an answer on how to treat panic attacks. I find them sometimes. . they drive me crazy. I just try to talk to me and tell me everything will be alright THT. it usually works. talk to people. they can help u calm down and realize that there really isn’t too much to worry and that everything will be fine! U ureself do is believe in, and realize that God or who ever you think has a plan for u no matter what, and whatevr happens happens for a reason.
I used to be so bad that I could not go anywhere. Therapy can help. Learn to relax and focus on positive results. Xanax is also good if you have not used.
