Question: I got a stress fracture in my femur from running cross country. When I start running again, how can I Prevent this from happening?

    It really depends on the severity and location of the fracture. Most Typically, stress fractures require a rest from running for 4-6 weeks. DEPENDING ON haw Committed to you are running, maybe You Should not, if it causes you injury. goal then it IS hard to give up activity That You love to do. I May Be Wrong, but i think not giving There Is Any Way to Prevent That Kind of injury except to chang your activity That Caused It.
