		<description>It would be a good idea to let your parents that you are having problems. If your parents will not understand, talk to the guidance counselor at your school. Try relaxation techniques before your anxiety has a chance to develop. I hope you can find ways to calm down as deep breathing and muscle relaxation. Good Luck.</description>

		<description>If you can not remove your self from the case, then face the problem. Panic attacks are feelings of fear that occurs between themselves through your body rather than your psychic mind. There are some things you can do to minimize the effect. Learn to control your breathing. When you think something is frightening, your brain sends a message to either flee or fight. Your body is preparing for this by flooding your blood with adrenaline. If you had to face a real situation, like going to an interview, it is perfectly normal to feel the adrenaline and in fact, it helps you. The same thing happens when you get really excited about something, only then you associate it with pleasure and he does not feel so bad. One of the triggers of your body to release adrenaline is when your breathing is too fast. You must learn to recognize that the acceleration and then you have to learn to slow down. You can do this by taking a deep breath through your mouth, holding it for a number of five, then release it slowly counting to five.
