I had a therapist suggested that I do deep breathing while meditating on something that makes me happy (I chose the dog I used to have) to cope with a panic attack on tête.camomille the great thing is, probably not strong enough for a panic attack, cependant.Si possible to have an animal - I am a cat and my panic attacks went from 1-2 a week for 1 to 2 months .</description>
