How can I learn to manage my stress level?
Question: I am 29, in divorce, high stress job, to children 3 and 5, finanacial Problems, The American normal. I am looking for some ideas to Reduce stress and gain energy. My mom recommended a daily Have Some walk and exercise, change in eating so I am working on That. Also I am HAVING undertimed year medical problem and She Said I need to learn to destress and That Might help. Any Other advice That May Make a Difference in my life?
